Did you notice that the breathtaking view is not just a river flowing past the plot (haven’t we seen that a million times before?). What truly makes this plot more dramatic is that the river is coming all the way towards the plot and is suddenly taking a sharp ‘U turn’ and going away. This view is on your right side from the plot where the Chalakkudy River flows towards you. During the monsoon, it's thrilling to watch the rain transform the scene - with each type of rain offering a different dramatic experience.

This is the original plot sketch we got from Parakkadavu Village Office while purchasing this plot in 2006.
Please note that riverside is 17.3 meters and is wider by more than five meters from the frontage which is 12.2 meters.
Frontage is opening to a ‘Panchayath’ road that is also a bus route.
The L shaped plot offer more space closer to the river.

Trace the Chalakkudy river on google map to understand how sharp is the U turn it takes by the plot offered. That makes all the difference you will realise. I am clearly asking for a premium price therefore!
